Cotton On Clothing will refund, exchange or provide a gift card if you change your mind, or items are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown subject to the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt,
2. You provide us with your name and address,
3. Returned items must not be gift cards, lay- bys, sale items, or seconds/samples.
4. Where you change your mind, items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags/labels attached,
5. Cotton On, Cotton On Kids, Cotton On Body, Rubi and Typo are separate businesses. Items purchased at one business cannot be returned at the stores of another business,
6. Items can only be returned in the country in which they were purchased, and
7. Swimwear, underwear or earrings cannot be returned.
