I can’t find the size / colour etc that I’m after – what do I do?

What’s your Refund and Exchange policy?
You can choose between a refund, exchange or gift card where goods are faulty,
wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to. You must provide proof of purchase to do this. If you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following has been met:

  • The item/s are returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt, and
  • The item/s are in original condition with all labels/ tickets attached and
  • The item/s are not gift cards, layby or sale/seconds/sample items.

Cotton On, Cotton on Kids, Cotton On Body, Rubi and Typo are separate brands and
items purchased at these stores are not interchangeable. Merchandise can only be exchanged or refunded in the country in which it was purchased.

Do you have an online store? Can I purchase over the phone?
At this stage, only gift cards are available online for use in Australia and unfortunately phone purchases are not possible. Stay tuned for news about our online shop - it’s coming soon! If you haven’t already, join our mailing list and you’ll be the first to know when it arrives.

Do you do Layby? What’s your policy?
Yes, all of our stores have lay-by facilities. Click here to view Cotton On’s lay-by policy.

Does Cotton On franchise?
Cotton On is a privately owned Company and does not Franchise.  If you are interested in seeing a Cotton On store opening in your area, please let us know as we may be planning store  openings in a nearby location.

How do I request a donation / sponsorship from Cotton On?
Please submit your request in writing via the Contact Us section on the website. Make sure you select “Press / Marketing Enquiries” as your subject heading.
